About the Role

Be the friendly first contact for RAH Mental Health Unit 2G.
Manage ward admin that keeps care moving.
Build strong links with nurses and clinicians.
Create clear records and smooth daily flow.
Maintain accuracy, pace and teamwork.

Duties
• Provide prompt admin support across the ward
• Liaise with Nursing Unit Manager and care teams
• Handle calls, visitors and public queries
• Update patient data and ward records
• Coordinate tasks with Central Adelaide teams
• Ensure timely, accurate work every shift

About You

You bring calm, care and confidence to busy clinical spaces and know how to keep admin on track while supporting teams and the public.

• Clear, respectful communicator with strong confidentiality focus
• Confident with Microsoft Office and accurate data entry
• Fast, precise typist at 30 wpm or above
• Organise priorities and meet deadlines with minimal guidance
• Deliver warm, high quality customer service under pressure
