About the Role

Lead and coordinate a professional admin service across CALHN Mental Health.
Manage team resources to deliver smooth clinical and administrative support.
Build strong connections with staff, teams and multidisciplinary partners.
Create consistent processes, policies and training across the program.
Maintain high standards, compliance and a safe, efficient workplace.

Duties
• Lead admin team to deliver professional, timely support
• Oversee compliance with policies, standards and legal requirements
• Facilitate training and guidance for Administrative Officers
• Collaborate with clinical teams to streamline workflows
• Monitor resources and improve processes across the program

About You

You bring leadership, organisation and a collaborative approach to admin services, thriving in a fast-paced health environment.

• Lead and motivate admin staff to deliver high quality support
• Communicate clearly with staff, teams and external stakeholders
• Use Microsoft Office confidently to manage data and reports
• Apply initiative and manage priorities under limited supervision
• Uphold confidentiality, compliance and safety standards at all times
