About the Role

Join us as Operations Manager and lead high-quality, responsive support services across Glenside and Repat Campuses. You’ll manage teams, streamline operations, and create smooth experiences for patients, staff, and visitors every day.

  • Lead and support teams across support services, catering and cleaning.
  • Coordinate waste, linen, and grounds and gardens external services
  • Maintain high service standards and compliance with relevant safety, quality, food safety, cleaning and infection control standards.
  • Build relationships with staff, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Drive improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience

You’re an organised, proactive leader who thrives on managing teams and delivering high-quality support services. You use initiative, communicate clearly, and ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in every task.
