About the Role:
Make a meaningful impact in the lives of a diverse patient group by joining the Northern Adelaide Rehabilitation Service as an Allied Health Assistant. This role places you at the heart of patient recovery, supporting Allied Health Professionals across multiple disciplines to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based rehabilitation.
As an Allied Health Assistant, you’ll contribute directly to patient progress by assisting with therapeutic programs, preparing treatment spaces, and ensuring clinical areas run smoothly.
Working within rehabilitation, you will support individuals recovering from disabling injuries or illness through personalised, goal‑driven care plans. This holistic approach addresses physical, cognitive, emotional and social needs, empowering patients to regain independence, confidence and autonomy.
Appointment to the role will be at the AHA2 or AHA3 classification, dependent on the level of experience.
To be eligible for this position at AHA2 classification, you must possess or be undertaking a Certificate 3 in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent.
To be eligible for this position at AHA3 classification, you must possess a minimum of Certificate 4 in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent.
