About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative Senior Finance Consultant to join our Mental Health Clinical Program. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, this role plays a vital part in supporting the delivery of quality mental health services through expert business and financial management. You’ll be responsible for providing high-level business services, ensuring financial sustainability, and guiding resource planning to support the program’s ongoing success.

About You:

You’re a strategic thinker with a strong financial background and a passion for supporting high-quality mental health services. With a collaborative approach and a keen eye for detail, you're ready to make a real impact through effective business and financial management.

  • To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate tertiary degree in accounting, finance or economics majoring in accounting
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and team management

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams

  • High-level proficiency in financial systems, data analysis tools, and MS Office applications
