    • $77,824 - $106,187 p.a | RN/M1
    • $90,913 - $114,917 p.a | RN/M2C

About the Role:

As a Registered/Clinical Nurse in the Operating Theatre, you’ll deliver high‑quality surgical nursing care and participate in on‑call to support service needs. At the RN/M1 level, you’ll grow from novice to proficient through ongoing learning, accountable for your own practice and delegated tasks. At the RN/M2C level, you’ll practise as a competent clinician with increased responsibility, guiding less experienced staff and managing portfolio duties while remaining predominantly clinical.

About You: 

  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with a current practising certificate.
  • Demonstrated competence in the relevant nursing specialty.
  • For RN/M2C: at least three years’ post‑registration experience. 
  • Experience supporting and guiding students and less experienced nurses.
