About the Role

Lead and shape high-quality pain management treatment and care as a Registered Nurse in a specialist unit. You will coordinate clinics and assist with procedures and recovery, guide nursing teams, and partner with medical, allied health and administration leaders to deliver safe, seamless patient outcomes and a positive workplace culture.

• Lead nursing teams across clinic and procedure settings
• Coordinate patient flow, clinics and procedures with medical leads
• Build strong, respectful multidisciplinary partnerships
• Support staff growth, performance and wellbeing
• Drive quality care aligned with policy and best practice

About You

You are a confident Registered Nurse ready to lead people and care in a busy specialist service, bringing clinical insight, calm judgement and a team-first mindset.

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and practising certificate
• Proven leadership in outpatient, procedural or pain care settings
• Skilled communicator who guides teams and resolves issues well
• Experience improving care models and driving positive change
• Strong knowledge of standards, safety and clinical governance
