Join Our Country Health Connect Team

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Administration Officer – Rehabilitation to join Country Health Connect within the Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN).

In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to the Rehabilitation team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of services including Telehealth clinics and specialist visiting services. You will act as an important first point of contact for clients and clinicians while supporting the coordination of appointments, referrals and clinical documentation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and contributing to positive patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Provide professional front-line administrative support to the Rehabilitation team
  • Coordinate appointments, referrals and client schedules for visiting clinicians
  • Support the delivery of Telehealth services including clinic preparation and technology setup
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Sunrise EMR and other clinical systems
  • Manage departmental mailboxes, correspondence and documentation
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and assist with administrative reporting
  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients, carers and healthcare staff
