WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

Make a real difference in your community by working with our teams at both Gumeracha and Mt Pleasant as a Personal Assistant to the Director of Nursing! 

You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced role, providing high-level, confidential executive support to the Director of Nursing. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly including managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and briefings, and preparing high-quality correspondence and reports. Using your initiative and sound judgement, you’ll anticipate priorities, respond to competing demands, and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders across the health network. Your ability to stay organised, think ahead, and maintain confidentiality will be critical in supporting effective leadership and decision-making.

  • Support governance and accountability by maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting with audits and committee functions.
