Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead a specialist team delivering advanced technical support for Commercial Off‑the‑Shelf (COTS) applications used across SA Health hospitals and clinics. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable, high‑quality support for critical clinical and business systems, including 24x7 support for mission‑critical applications and business‑hours support for non‑critical systems.

The Manager will establish and maintain robust support processes covering incident resolution, application bug fixes, upgrades, migrations, and new releases.

A key focus of the role is vendor management, building strong, collaborative relationships and ensuring effective end to end support models are in place.  Understanding the roadmap.

Working closely with the team, the Manager will drive continuous improvement, optimise service delivery, and develop a more leveraged and sustainable workforce to meet current and future operational demands within a complex health environment.
