About the Role

All roles are located at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre and are leadership positions within the Statewide ACAS. They provide clinical, operational and managerial support to the triage and assessor workforce.

Team Leader Metro, ACAS

Classification: RN3/AHP3

Responsible for the clinical and operational leadership of the metropolitan ACAS team.

This role includes:

  • Team leadership and coordination
  • Clinical oversight
  • Administrative and functional management

The Team Leader ensures positive client outcomes, manages service demand, and monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and activity.

Team Leader Regional, ACAS

Classification: RN3/AHP3

Responsible for the clinical and operational leadership of the regional ACAS team.

This role includes:

  • Team leadership and coordination
  • Clinical oversight
  • Administrative and functional management

The Team Leader ensures positive client outcomes, manages service demand, and monitors KPIs and activity.

Team Leader Triage, ACAS

Classification: RN3/AHP3

Responsible for the clinical and operational leadership of the ACAS triage team.

This role includes:

  • Team leadership and coordination
  • Clinical oversight
  • Administrative and functional management

The Team Leader ensures positive client outcomes, manages service demand, and monitors KPIs and activity.

Team Leader Safety & Quality, ACAS

Classification: RN3

Responsible for clinical and operational oversight of safety and quality across Statewide ACAS.

This role includes:

  • Safety and quality compliance
  • Safety Learning Systems (SLS) management
  • Policy development
  • Quality and safety audits
  • Documentation management
  • Clinical leadership

The Team Leader ensures positive client outcomes, supports safe service delivery, and monitors KPIs and activity.
