About the Role
Join us as a Work Health Safety Business Partner and help build safer workplaces across CALHN. You’ll lead WHS systems, support leaders and teams, and drive practical injury prevention that protects our people every day.

What you’ll do

  • Lead WHS system across portfolios; partner with managers, staff and HSRs to manage risk and build strong safety culture
  • Drive hazard, incident and risk review; lead critical incident response and SafeWork SA investigations
  • Deliver worksite audits; guide hazard fix and ensure compliance with WHS standards
  • Support WHS Committees; shape and deliver local safety plans and injury prevention initiatives
  • Prepare due diligence reports; present risk insight to senior leaders and deliver WHS education

About You
You are a trusted WHS professional who brings strong judgement, influence and a practical approach to building safer workplaces in a complex environment. You know how to translate legislation into action and partner with leaders to deliver meaningful outcomes.

  • High level experience and ability to implement WHS systems and strategies
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff, including senior management and external organisations
  • Development and implementation of strategies for improved service delivery
  • Proven administrative experience including report writing
