About the Role

Join CO-ACT as Allied Health Senior Manager to shape care for older people and smooth transition to community. Manage teams, set standards, drive outcomes and build strong partnerships, while guiding staff with expert clinical support in a high trust leadership role.

Duties

  • Lead Allied Health teams across CO ACT services
  • Set service standards and ensure safe, quality care
  • Manage workforce, performance and service outcomes
  • Drive improvement, audit and outcome focus
  • Partner with leaders to deliver integrated care
  • Guide staff with expert clinical advice
  • Build links with SA Health and external partners
  • Support research, quality and best practice initiatives

About You

You’re a confident Allied Health leader ready to shape services and lead high performing teams delivering quality care for older people.

  • Relevant degree with registration or eligibility with AHPRA or professional body
  • Proven leadership in allied health and service delivery
  • Strong skills in team lead, plan and service design
  • Expert in complex care and multidisciplinary practice
  • Sound knowledge of safety, quality and risk frameworks
