About the Role:

Join our team as a Hotel Services Assistant and play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our health unit. In this dynamic position, you’ll contribute to food preparation, service, and delivery while helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment through housekeeping and laundry duties. What We're Looking For:

Essential Criteria 

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic experience in housekeeping, catering, or laundry duties
  • Understanding of workplace safety, food safety, and infection control practices
  • Strong organisational skills, confidentiality, and basic computer proficiency

Desired Criteria 

  • Completion of Year 11 and a current First Aid certificate (desirable)
  • Experience in housekeeping, catering, laundry, and basic computer use
  • Manual handling skills and awareness of Equal Employment Opportunity principles
