The Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced LCLHN nursing and midwifery staff who may be available to temporarily backfill the Director of Nursing Operations position during periods of planned or unplanned leave.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Executive Officer/Director of Nursing and Midwifery, you will provide strategic, operational and corporate leadership to nursing and midwifery staff across inpatient services and Emergency Department Nurse Practitioners. This senior role requires accountability for governance, practice standards, and cost-effective health service delivery.

  • Lead strategic and operational management of nursing and midwifery services
  • Ensure governance and practice standards across all nursing disciplines
  • Develop systems to support, evaluate and improve nursing practice

Our Organisation

We serve a population of over 67,000 people in the Limestone Coast, as well as residents from Western Victoria. We employ over 1400 people, with 1.2% identifying as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and we are also supported by a team of approximately 600 hardworking volunteers.

Salary

  • RN/M5.2 | $167,282.00 p.a. + 12% Superannuation + Leave Loading + Salary Sacrifice Benefits
  • Temporary Full Time working over a 5-day roster
