Your Role

In this Key role, you'll provide high-quality administrative support to the Aboriginal Health Directorate, ensuring efficient operations, accurate records, and respectful engagement with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential administrative support,  including document preparation, payroll assistance, and financial processing
  • Support culturally sensitive service delivery and community engagement
  • Maintain accurate records, assist with data entry, and contribute to policy development
  • Coordinate meetings, assist with onboarding, and support quality improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency with MS Office and office systems
  • Commitment to respectful, inclusive, and confidential service delivery
