About the Role

Join our inpatient Mental Health Unit as a Clinical Psychologist and play a key role in delivering evidence based care. You will assess, treat and support consumers, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to build strong recovery focused outcomes and community connections.

• Deliver evidence based assessment, therapy and treatment
• Develop case plans to support recovery and community tenure
• Collaborate with consumers, carers and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide consultation and clinical advice across the unit
• Build links with community services and providers
• Participate in supervision, education and quality improvement
• Deliver evidence based psychological care to support recovery outcomes

About You

You’re a thoughtful and skilled Clinical Psychologist who brings compassion, curiosity and a strong evidence based approach to care, and thrives working collaboratively to support meaningful recovery outcomes.

• Hold Master’s in Clinical Psychology and PsyBA registration
• Apply evidence based therapies across individual and group care
• Conduct biopsychosocial and risk assessments
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with diverse consumers
• Communicate clearly and collaborate across teams and services

An additional annual allowance of $10,224.00 is payable where the successful candidate holds an Area of Practice Endorsement provided by the Psychology Board of Australia (paid on pro rata basis).

• Professional Development reimbursement provided in accordance with the Allied Health Professional, Assistants and Psychologists Enterprise Agreement 2025.
• You will be supported to complete your endorsement requirements if applicable.
• Psychologist progression pathway available, subject to criteria being satisfied, in accordance with the Allied Health Professionals, Assistants and Psychologists Enterprise Agreement 2025.
