About the Role
Join the Cancer Directorate as a Department Administrative Support Officer and play a key role in keeping services running smoothly. Manage workflows, support consultants and provide high quality admin and reception services in a fast paced team.

• Provide admin, secretarial and reception support
• Coordinate team workload and meet deadlines
• Liaise with hospital teams and external stakeholders
• Handle complex tasks and resolve day to day issues
• Guide staff and support service across sites

About You

You’re an organised admin professional who thrives in a busy healthcare setting. You bring strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence.

• Experience in admin support and Microsoft Office systems
• Communicate clearly with staff, patients and stakeholders
• Prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive info
• Enter data accurately and adapt to changing priorities
