This is a critical position where your organisation, accuracy and calm presence will directly support exceptional patient care.

As an Administration Officer, you will play a central role in keeping the Emergency Department operating efficiently 24/7. You’ll manage core administrative processes, provide essential support to clinical staff, and ensure that accurate information is communicated quickly and clearly. Your contribution will help streamline patient flow, maintain service responsiveness and enhance the overall emergency experience for our community.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to medical and nursing teams, coordinating communication across departments and external providers, and maintaining key clinical documentation systems. This includes managing patient records and appointments, preparing reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting emergency response protocols.

To ensure continuous high‑quality care, you will participate in a rotating roster that supports the Emergency Department 24/7.
