About the Role

Join CO-ACT and lead high quality speech pathology care for older people with complex needs. You will manage clinical services, build care pathways and support safe discharge, improving communication, cognition and swallowing outcomes.

• Assess complex swallowing and communication needs
• Plan and deliver tailored therapy and care
• Lead discharge planning and care pathways
• Represent speech pathology in service planning
• Support team practice and service improvement

About You

You are an experienced Speech Pathologist who delivers evidence based care and works confidently across multidisciplinary teams.

• Degree in Speech Pathology eligible for SPA
• Experience in dysphagia and communication care
• Strong clinical judgement and person centred care
• Ability to prioritise and manage complex caseloads
• Confident communicator with teamwork focus
