What We're Looking For

Essential Criteria

  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding or eligible for a current practising certificate.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consumer and family-centred care, with a flexible, innovative approach to healthcare challenges.

  • Proven competence in nursing practice, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively and maintain high standards of care.

  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, professional standards, and quality improvement systems, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desired Criteria

  • Relevant qualifications or further study in the specialty or clinical area.

  • Experience contributing to quality improvement initiatives, including clinical standards, guidelines, audits, and quality indicators.

  • Understanding of contemporary nursing issues and the South Australian public health system, supported by strong digital and technology skills.
