About the Role
Lead high-impact research that shapes care across CALHN and beyond. You will drive statistical strategy, guide complex projects, and build strong partnerships to improve service delivery and outcomes. This is a key role influencing evidence-based decisions at scale.

Key Duties

  • Lead and coordinate complex research projects
  • Provide expert biostatistical advice across CALHN
  • Build data insights to guide service redesign
  • Develop methods, models and reporting standards
  • Support evaluation of programs and outcomes
  • Partner with clinicians, executives and researchers
  • Maintain strong networks across SA Health and partners
  • Contribute to EpiCentre goals and performance outcomes

About You
Bring deep biostatistical expertise and a genuine passion for transforming complex data into meaningful insights that enhance care, guide decisions and deliver better outcomes.

  • Degree in biostatistics, epidemiology or related field
  • Expert in complex data analysis and study design
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Lead advice on statistical and epidemiological matters
  • Advanced skills in data tools, databases and reporting
