Please note that as this position is multi-classed as either a RN1 or RN2, the classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.
WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
The Registered Nurse/Clinical Nurse - Acuteand Aged care role role offers a unique hospital-wide opportunity to provide nursing services across acute and aged care settings, with potential involvement in Nurse Led Clinic services for the right candidate. Flexible working arrangements are available, with full-time hours or multiple part-time hours to be negotiated.
At the RN1 level, you will develop from a novice to a proficient practitioner, consolidating your knowledge and skills through continuous professional development while maintaining accountability for your own standards of care and delegated activities.
At the RN2 level, you will bring consolidated experience and/or further study, developing from a competent to proficient practitioner. You will provide leadership and high-level clinical skills, supporting the coordination of care across acute, aged care and Nurse Led Clinic services, while also undertaking portfolio responsibilities aligned with your professional development plan.
