WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for caring and motivated individuals who:
- Have a genuine passion for supporting older people and people with disability
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Show empathy, respect and commitment to person-centred care
- Are able to recognise and report changes in a consumer’s health or wellbeing
- Have the ability to engage respectfully with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, including Aboriginal communities
For WHD4 Applicants (in addition to the above):
- Hold a Certificate III in a relevant discipline
- Bring experience in delivering direct care services
- Demonstrate the ability to work with greater autonomy and support others within the team

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
In this role, you will:
- Provide direct care services including personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, transport and social support
- Support consumers to maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes
- Monitor and report changes in consumer health and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care planning and reviews
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and community services
- Assist with therapy or activity-based programs where required (WHD4 may support more complex activities)
- Contribute to a safe, respectful and high-quality care environment
