• Salary: RN3  - $130,190 - $136,010 p.a. (pro-rata) + Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits

• Part time 0.84 FTE considered

About the role

Join SA Medical Imaging as Nurse Manager and play an important role in supporting safe, efficient and high-quality nursing services across the network. Using your clinical knowledge and experience, you will work closely with Nurse Unit Managers and the Nursing Director to support nursing practice and operational services, including workforce planning, recruitment, human resource processes, financial administration and patient flow. Your contribution will help ensure the smooth coordination of resources, information systems and accreditation processes that underpin quality care.

In this role, you will help drive consistent nursing management practices while fostering a positive, collaborative work culture that supports excellent patient outcomes. You’ll partner with senior nurses, managers and multidisciplinary teams across SA Medical Imaging and CALHN, contribute to workforce initiatives and projects, and build strong relationships across the health system. While primarily based in the Adelaide CBD, you may occasionally work across other SAMI metropolitan sites and contribute to initiatives that support the wider nursing workforce.

About You

You are a confident and capable nursing professional who brings leadership experience, strong communication skills and a commitment to quality patient care. You thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment and enjoy supporting teams, improving systems and driving positive change.

• Registered Nurse with NMBA registration and current practising certificate
• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding teams and change
• Proven ability to manage projects, priorities and competing deadlines
• Knowledge of healthcare standards, legislation and quality improvement systems
