About the role

About the role The Support Officer (Transposition & Overall Functions) provides confidential administrative support to the Consumer and Community Engagement Directorate by managing data, documents, onboarding tasks, reports and meetings. Further, the Officer supports quality improvement, safe patient care and a respectful, cohesive workplace environment.

Key duties of the role

  • Support the development of new consumer and community services and activities.
  • Coordinate Consumer and Community Engagement Directorate administrative processes.
  • Work under the Project Coordinator, Data Analytics, to maintain data systems and reporting.
  • Ensure that the consumers' database is updated regularly with accurate information.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with consumers/community, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to undertake accurate data entry, produce reports, and prepare draft reports for approval.
  • Highly developed document management skills, including taking detailed records and attention to detail when using electronic filing systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships.
  • Highly developed verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
