About the Role

Lead COACT at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre. You’ll set strategy, manage services, build strong teams, and maintain high standards of care, safety and performance across the program.

  • Lead nursing and multidisciplinary teams across COACT
  • Set care standards and guide clinical practice
  • Build systems that support safe, high-quality care
  • Manage workforce, budgets and service outcomes
  • Strengthen partnerships across health and community
  • Provide expert advice on nursing practice and research

About You

You are a confident nursing leader who brings strong judgement, care and drive to deliver safe, high-quality services.

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Lead teams, resolve conflict and influence outcomes
  • Manage services, budgets and workforce priorities
  • Lead change, projects and quality improvement
  • Apply legislation, standards and safe care frameworks
