  • Permanent part-time position working 28 hours per week over a 7-day roster

 

Miroma Hostel in Cummins is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Carer to join our welcoming team at Eyre and Far North Local Health Network. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting their daily living needs, wellbeing, and independence.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to a safe, respectful, and engaging environment, including supporting diversional therapy programs and responding to individual care needs. We offer a supportive team culture, opportunities for ongoing training and development, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of aged care residents within a close-knit regional community.

How Will You Contribute?

  • Provide direct care and support to residents, including those with complex needs
  • Assist with diversional therapy programs to enhance residents’ quality of life
  • Work collaboratively with nursing and multidisciplinary teams to meet care needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a safe, efficient care environment
