The Direct Care Worker (Residential) provides hands‑on, person‑centred care to residents of our Residential Care Home, supporting their daily living, comfort and wellbeing. This role is central to achieving our organisational goal of delivering safe, high‑quality and compassionate care within the Eyre and Far North community. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

We offer a part‑time contract until 31 July 2027, competitive remuneration and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in a regional setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide personal care, mobility support and assistance with daily activities
  • Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Support residents with special needs, treatments and self‑medication
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
