About the Role

Join 6GW3, the Infectious Diseases unit at Royal Adelaide Hospital. You manage complex patient care, build clinical skill, create safe care plans and maintain strong team links. Grow from novice to confident practice with support and learning every day.

Duties
• Deliver safe, person focused nursing care
• Manage patients across diverse infectious conditions
• Guide students, Assistants in Nursing and Enrolled Nurses
• Build trust across the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain links with external health partners

About You

You are a committed Registered Nurse who brings care, judgement and teamwork to every shift, ready to grow your practice in a busy acute setting.

• Registered or eligible with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
• Current or eligible practising certificate
• Deliver safe, family centred care within professional standards
• Communicate clearly and work well across multidisciplinary teams
• Apply sound clinical judgement and manage priorities confidently
