Overview

Are you an experienced leader passionate about community aged care and disability services?

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager – Home Support Services (ASO6) to lead and manage key programs across the Limestone Coast Local Health Network. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will shape service delivery, drive performance and support better outcomes for clients across the region.

About the Role

In this senior leadership position, you will oversee the delivery and performance of multiple community-based programs, including:

  • Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
  • Support at Home Program
  • Transition Care Program
  • DVA Home Care
  • Brokered care services

You will be responsible for strategic planning, operational management, budget oversight and workforce leadership, ensuring services are high-quality, compliant and responsive to community needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Home Support Services across the Limestone Coast region
  • Develop, monitor and manage program budgets and resources
  • Build strong partnerships with funding bodies and external service providers
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care, Disability and NSQHS standards
  • Drive service improvement, quality and safety initiatives
  • Lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites
  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment and performance management
  • Prepare reports, funding submissions and program evaluations

About You

You are a confident and strategic leader who brings:

  • Proven experience in management within community health, aged care or disability services
  • Strong leadership capability with highly developed communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, contracts and service performance
  • Ability to lead change and improve service delivery across a regional network
  • Experience working with diverse communities, including Aboriginal consumers and communities
  • Knowledge of Aged Care, Disability and healthcare standards and frameworks
