About the Role

Join our Network Operations Centre team as a Quality and Safety Consultant and help drive safe, effective and high quality clinical services across a dynamic healthcare environment. You will use your clinical expertise to support patient safety, quality improvement, accreditation and risk management initiatives that strengthen patient outcomes and service delivery.

• Lead quality and safety improvement initiatives
• Support accreditation and risk management activities
• Provide advice to senior leaders and clinical teams
• Coordinate projects, audits and service reviews
• Analyse practice gaps and support better outcomes
• Mentor staff and promote a positive safety culture

About You

You are a collaborative and quality focused nursing professional who brings strong leadership capability, clinical expertise and a passion for improving patient safety and service outcomes.

• AHPRA registration with current practising certificate
• Lead quality improvement and change initiatives
• Manage projects and support multidisciplinary teams
• Communicate confidently and solve complex issues
• Promote safe, consumer centred clinical practice
