Yorketown Hospital is a cornerstone of the community, delivering essential healthcare services with compassion and dedication. The hospital features 23 acute beds and provides a range of key services, including:

• 24-hour accident and emergency care
• Acute medical care
• Palliative care
• Colonoscopy day procedures

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?

Working in this environment, it is important to use that we employ people with the utmost integrity and commitment to provide a service to the highest possible standard to all visitors.  To ensure that we meet that commitment there are a few checks that you will be required to undertake.  These are detailed on the Role Description, but are likely to include:

• Registration or eligibility for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
• Undergo employment screening and meet immunisation requirements.
