The Nurse Unit Manager - Medical role offers the opportunity to provide clinical leadership and line management and make a meaningful impact as you deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across diverse clinical settings. In this role, you’ll grow your expertise while supporting and mentoring others, taking pride in your professional accountability and commitment to excellence.

This position enables you to lead models of care, oversee local resource management, support ongoing education and professional development, and contribute to research, evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating care delivery, optimising service systems, managing risk, and ensuring best practice standards underpin patient/client outcomes.
