Ceduna District Health Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Unit Manager to join the team in a backfill opportunity from May 2026 to March 2027. As a key regional health service providing emergency, acute, perioperative and community care, Ceduna plays a vital role in supporting the health needs of a diverse and remote population.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will coordinate and lead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care across key clinical areas including acute services, emergency, and perioperative services. You will provide strong clinical leadership, oversee workforce and resource management, and foster a positive team culture that supports safe, effective care delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior leadership role in a regional setting, where you can make a meaningful impact while further developing your leadership capabilities.
