About the Role

Join a senior role where you lead social work practice in mental health, shape recovery care and support better outcomes. You’ll guide a skilled team, build strong partnerships and create pathways that support consumers across services utilising your mental health experience.

• Lead social work practice within mental health team
• Deliver complex assessment and targeted interventions
• Guide staff, supervise and support development as part of the senior multidisciplinary team
• Coordinate care with consumers, families and services
• Build partnerships across government and community
• Drive service improvement, research and best practice
• Support workforce planning, rostering and recruitment

About You

You’re an experienced social worker with mental health experience who leads with empathy, clinical expertise and strong judgement. You thrive in complex environments and bring a collaborative, recovery focused approach to care. 

• Eligible for AASW membership with recognised degree
• Experience in complex mental health service delivery
• Deliver assessments, therapy and recovery based care
• Provide supervision, leadership and expert advice
• Build partnerships and communicate with impact
