  • Salary  ASO7  $112,163 - $121,246 p.a. (pro rata) + super + salary packaging
  • Part time temporary role to April 2027
  • Working 6 days per fortnight

About the Role
As Principal Aboriginal Workforce Consultant, you will help shape a culturally safe and respectful workplace where Aboriginal people feel valued and supported to thrive. Lead meaningful strategies, partner with community and influence change that strengthens connection, understanding and opportunity across CALHN.

Key Duties

  • Lead Aboriginal attraction and retention approach
  • Build pathways that grow careers and capability
  • Partner with leaders, staff and community
  • Guide culturally safe and respectful workforce practices
  • Drive Reconciliation Action Plan priorities
  • Use insights to improve outcomes and impact

About You

  • Build strong, respectful partnerships with Aboriginal communities
  • Apply culturally sensitive recruitment and workforce practices

  • Manage priorities across projects, people and stakeholders
  • Resolve complex issues with care, influence and sound judgement
