As a Senior WHS Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace. Operating with a high level of autonomy, you'll provide expert advice, lead complex risk assessments and investigations, and ensure WHS systems align with legislation, standards, and organisational priorities.

Partnering closely with leaders and stakeholders across the organisation, you'll drive continuous improvement, embed best-practice safety frameworks, and champion a proactive, zero-harm culture.  You'll also contribute to strategic planning, influence decision-making, and represent the organisation in statewide forums and initiatives.

Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Senior WHS experience in complex organisations with strong WHS legislation and compliance knowledge
  • Skilled in risk assessment and incident investigation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to influence and advise senior leaders
  • Experience implementing WHS systems and frameworks
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capability
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver outcomes
  • Experience preparing reports and briefings
