As the Senior Administration Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Administration team within Outpatient Support Services, providing strategic direction and ensuring effective operations. You will work collaboratively with the Administration Managers to support the provision of safe, high quality patient care across the network and oversee the personal development of staff.

About the role: 

As the Senior Administration Manager, your duties can include: 

  • Oversee and provide comprehensive assistance with the selection and recruitment processes for Administration officers
  • Support Administration Managers and teams with daily operations, ensuring the workforce is effectively managed to meet service demands
  • Provide ongoing mentoring and professional development support to team members, fostering career growth and maintaining high performance standards
  • Prepare and analyse mandatory training reports, tracking compliance rates and coordinating training schedules to meet regulatory and organisational requirements
  • Provide strategic assistance with finance and workforce planning activities, contributing to budget development and resource allocation decisions
  • Support accreditation and risk management processes by maintaining compliance documentation, coordinating assessments, and implementing improvement strategies
  • Manage information systems and databases to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and efficient information flow, along with other duties as required to support regional operations

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • Previous experience in Outpatient settings
  • Experience in providing responsive human resources management, consultative/advisory service to a diverse range of staff
  • Proven experience in the management of staff establishments within a large, complex organisation
  • Experience utilising analytical and problem-solving skills to address sensitive and complex issues
