About the Role

As a Clinical Dietician, you assess, plan and guide nutrition care to support recovery and wellbeing. You work with a multidisciplinary team to tailor care, build pathways and help patients achieve safe, sustainable outcomes.

  • Assess nutrition needs and develop care plans
  • Provide counselling to patients and carers
  • Work with teams to deliver coordinated care
  • Guide therapeutic diets and monitor progress
  • Liaise with community and service providers
  • Support safe discharge and care pathways
  • Contribute to service improvement and research

About You

You are a capable clinician who brings strong judgement, teamwork and a patient centred approach to delivering quality nutrition care.

  • Degree in Dietetics, eligible for Dietitians Australia
  • Assess and manage complex nutrition needs
  • Deliver evidence based, person centred care
  • Work well in multidisciplinary teams
  • Manage caseloads and maintain clear clinical records
