About the Role:

You will support older people, people living with disability, and other community members to remain independent and continue living safely in their own homes. Working within a Consumer Directed Care model, you will provide person-centred support including personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, transport and social support, while collaborating with clients, families and the broader healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes.

About You:

  • Current driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered and insured motor vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently, build positive relationships and deliver compassionate, person-centred care.
  • Flexible, reliable and committed to supporting people to maintain their independence at home.
  • Current National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Able to meet the immunisation requirements for the role.
