  • AHP3 - $108,347 to $116,216 p.a. ( pro rata) + super + salary packaging
  • AHP4 - $118,887 to $129,427 p.a. ( pro rata) + super + salary packaging
  • Permanent part time position - multiple sessional/fractional FTE contracts available

About the Role
Join as a Senior Physiotherapist or Advanced Practice Physiotherapist delivering expert care across the Spinal Assessment Clinic (SAC). Manage complex caseloads, lead triage and clinical decisions, build care pathways, support team capability and drive service improve and research outcomes.

• Deliver expert physio care across SAC a
• Triage, assess and plan care for complex patients
• Guide staff and support student learn
• Advise teams and support service improve
• Contribute to research and education

Spinal Assessment Clinic (SAC): Patients identified as warranting non-urgent consultation are allocated to the SAC. The service currently operates from 3 sites within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) and also delivers a suite of Telehealth services for both metro and country patients. The SAC provides assessment and surgical triage for patients with certain spinal disorders. These clinics are staffed by physiotherapists who work in an advanced practice role, with support provided by the Lead Physiotherapists (SAC) and spinal surgeons as required.

About You

You’re a skilled musculoskeletal physiotherapist ready to deliver high quality care and step into senior or advanced practice. You bring strong clinical judgement, a collaborative mindset and a drive to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.

• Degree eligible for AHPRA physiotherapy registration
• Postgraduate MSK Masters qualification or working toward or a Masters level
• Strong MSK experience in complex clinical settings
• Apply sound clinical judgement and patient centred care
• Communicate well and work effectively in team settings

Applicants who are not credentialed as advanced scope of practice within the Spinal Assessment Clinic upon commencement will be employed at an AHP3 level, while they are supported through the advanced scope credentialing process.
