About the Role - Outpatient Administrative Officer, Physiotherapy (RAH)

Coordinate Physiotherapy and Allied Health outpatient admin across the RAH, support clinicians and deliver seamless front desk service.

• Coordinate physiotherapy and allied health outpatient bookings and schedules
• Manage patient enquiries and patient flow
• Support Physiotherapists and Allied Health clinicians with admin tasks
• Liaise with internal teams and external referrers
• Guide junior staff and uphold service standards

About You

You’re organised, calm under pressure and thrive in a busy clinical setting

• Strong communicator with clear, respectful patient focus
• Team player with confident, supportive work approach
• Skilled in admin tasks using Word, Excel and office systems
• Able to prioritise, problem solve and meet tight deadlines
• Accurate typing, numeracy and sound medical terminology knowledge
