WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? 

The Project Support Officer – Digital Health provides essential administrative, data management and project support to assist the delivery of high-quality digital health initiatives across BHFLHN. Working under the direction of the Systems Analyst Digital Health, you will contribute to research activities, process improvement and the coordination of projects that enhance business systems and service delivery outcomes. 

In this role, you will also support effective communication across the Local Health Network, maintain accurate data records, and assist with the planning and delivery of key project functions. Your work will directly contribute to improving digital systems and supporting the achievement of organisational objectives.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE? 

You will………. 

  • Provide project, administrative and analytical support to the Digital Health team, including assisting with research, data collection, reporting and the development of business cases.  

  • Support the Systems Analyst Digital Health in coordinating projects, maintaining systems, and contributing to the implementation and improvement of digital health applications and processes. Act as a key liaison point across internal and external stakeholders, supporting communication, information sharing and collaboration across Local Health Networks and digital partners.  

  • Assist in the organisation and coordination of meetings, committees and working groups, while ensuring accurate documentation and effective administrative systems are maintained.  

  • Contribute to continuous improvement, policy development and compliance with SA Health requirements, including supporting audits, reviews and the application of organisational policies and standards.
