About the role

Provide expert leadership in complex investigations, disciplinary processes and industrial relations matters. Advise executives and senior leaders, represent matters in tribunals, and drive workforce strategies. Report to the Director Conduct and Integrity and partner across People & Culture and key stakeholders.

Key duties of the role

  • Lead complex investigations and manage disciplinary matters end-to-end
  • Deliver strategic advice to executives on misconduct and industrial issues
  • Represent the organisation in SAET and other tribunal proceedings
  • Coach managers and HR partners on early intervention and case management
  • Build stakeholder relationships and drive workforce strategy and improvement

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience managing complex misconduct and industrial relations matters
  • Strong knowledge of investigation processes, employment law and tribunal practice
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage sensitive matters
  • Experience preparing complex reports, briefs and tribunal submissions
  • Strong communication, judgement and ability to manage competing priorities
