About the role

Join our pharmacy team and play an important role in delivering safe, effective medication management for patients. In this role, you will provide a comprehensive range of clinical, dispensing, production and counselling services for both inpatients and outpatients, helping optimise drug therapy and support positive health outcomes. As a rotational pharmacist, you will be required to work at either Lyell McEwin Hospital or Modbury Hospital. 

Working closely with medical, nursing and allied health professionals, you will provide trusted medicines and therapeutic advice in line with hospital policies, SA Health guidelines and relevant legislation. As part of a collaborative pharmacy team, you will contribute to high quality, efficient and patient centred medication management services across the hospital.

About You

You are a motivated pharmacist who values safe medication management and collaborative patient care. You bring strong clinical knowledge, clear communication and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Bachelor of Pharmacy with Pharmacy Board of Australia registration

• Completion of pre registration pharmacy training

• Knowledge of clinical pharmacy practice and medicines counselling

• Strong organisation, communication and teamwork skills
