About the role: 

Reporting to the Site Manager, this role is responsible for opening and or directing all mail/post and emails received in the Repat Health Precinct (RHP) Finance office/Finance.

Duties for the role will include:

  • Investigate and direct all Invoice received in Finance to appropriate persons to authorise and forward to Shared Services for payment,
  • Preparing spread sheets and or Journals for recharging for various Goods and Services,
  • Providing support to staff within the areas,
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail,
  • Contributing to the general up keeping of the office,
  • Ordering of stationery,
  • Actively participate in the Performance Review and Development program and undertake additional training where required,
  • Effectively assess and distribute agency invoices through Basware

About you:

  • High level of personal organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines,
  • Interpersonal skills consistent with providing high level quality customer service and maintaining the trust and co-operation of others,
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people in a verbal and written manner,
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner,
  • High level of written and verbal communication,
  • Ability to use initiative and work largely independently,
  • Demonstrated experience in the preparation of committee papers, taking minutes at meetings, and following-up action items,
  • Proven experience in the use of word processing and spreadsheet packages which results in the production of high quality, keyboard work
