About the Role

Lead DonateLife SA as Agency Manager/Nursing Director, shaping a high impact organ and tissue donation program. Provide strategic direction, oversee operations and guide clinical practice while supporting service delivery and outcomes across South Australia.

• Lead state wide donation program and clinical delivery
• Oversee operations, finance and service performance
• Provide high level clinical advice and service planning
• Drive quality, research and practice development
• Build partnerships across health, government and community

About You

You’re an experienced nurse leader ready to drive a state wide program. You bring strong clinical insight, strategic thinking and the ability to lead teams, services and change in a complex healthcare environment.

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Experience leading services, teams and complex change
• Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
• Experience in critical care and quality improvement
• Knowledge of legislation, standards and donation frameworks
