WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse/Midwife to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a dynamic clinical team. This role involves providing expert nursing/midwifery care, supporting patient admissions and care plans, and leading daily clinical operations to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes. 

As part of the leadership team, you will support the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager in service coordination, staff mentoring, and professional development. You will also contribute to education, infection control, research, and quality improvement initiatives, helping to maintain a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in patient care.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE? 

You will………. 

• Provide expert, person-centred nursing/midwifery care and case management, monitoring care plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and supporting patient outcomes.  

• Oversee daily clinical care within a team/unit, providing leadership and facilitating safe, efficient patient flow.  

• Support the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager in service management, multidisciplinary coordination, problem-solving, and change management processes.  

• Participate in education and mentoring, including clinical teaching, infection control training, and fostering professional development for students and less experienced staff.  

• Engage in research, quality improvement, auditing, and infection control initiatives to ensure evidence-based, safe, and high-quality patient care
