WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? 

Join the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network as a Services Assistant, supporting the smooth operation of laundry, catering, housekeeping, and general maintenance services across the health unit. This role involves tasks such as preparing and delivering meals, washing and managing linen, performing minor repairs, and assisting with the operation of equipment and facilities. 

You will work as part of a supportive team, following clear procedures and contributing to a safe, clean, and efficient environment. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, participate in training, and help ensure high-quality services that support patients, staff, and the wider community.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE? 

You will………. 

  • Provide timely, efficient, and effective catering, and cleaning services within the health unit. 

  • Assist with the preparation, service, and delivery of meals to clients. 

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene through general housekeeping duties. 

  • Undertake laundry duties as required to support the day-to-day operation of the service.
